Tasting Notes

A light golden yellow colour with amber reflections. Cord of fine and dynamic bubbles. on the nose, wealth and aromatic complexity are present, mixing notes of fresh pastries, stone fruits (nectarine, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum), spices (cinnamon) sublimated by a hint of iodine. Mouth offers pure attack of citrus aromas (mandarin, bergamot) conferring a beautiful vivacity. The finish is long , fresh, enriched by slightly peaty notes.
