Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruity with notes of peach, apricot, citrus zest and bananas. A beautiful sweetness stands out on the notes of malt, caramel and vanilla crème brûlée.
Palate: Delicately cereal with notes of barley malt coated in toffee and honey. Spicy and fresh with gingerbread, black pepper, nutmeg, saffron, pipe tobacco and freshly cut hay. Delicious on tropical fruits.
Overall: Balanced and fine with vanilla and tropical fruits.
