Dupuy, later known as Bache-Gabrielsen. To honour the founder, our Cellar Master has been down into the deepest recesses of the cellar and brought out the very best distillates, exclusively from Grande and Petite Champagne. This cognac has been maturing in small oak casks, developing the aromas of ageing, for several decades.  Ripe citrus fruit, leather and cinnamon  associations come pleasantly to the fore in bouquet and flavour alike.
