Tasting Notes

Colour: Antique gold, drawing character from triple maturation.
Nose: Sweet and smoky with aromas of sultanas, raisins and liquorice.
Palate: Peat smoke with layers of oak and a sweet, heavy sherry flavour.
Finish: Long, dry finish with strong peat smoke and thick sherried oak.
Maturation: Aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and traditional, white oak quarter casks. Finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry butts.
