Radiant yellow colour with characteristic green glints. The first nose is particularly appetising: candied fruit, vanilla and almond set the tone against "smoky" background notes. Then the expressions extends to sponge cake, fresh cream and ginger, extremely fresh . the full bodied characterer of this Champagne blends remarkably well with the delicacy of the bubbles. The finish is gracefuk combining elegance and sapidity.
