Tasting Notes

Deep ruby colour. Highly perfumed mature fruit aromas, complex and elegant. Satin textured, shows fine tannins and a seductive leather and liquorice-tinged finish that is both sleek and refined. Ideal with all types of meat, particularly large game. A very elegant wine, Montecillo Gran Reserva also pairs beautifully with stews and fatty fish, such as salmon, tuna and some cod recipes. Best enjoyed at 18°C. Drink now or keep for several more years.
