Tasting Notes

Delicate, translucent and shiny colour, a very pale pink.
With its seductive floral aromas, the nose immediately
transports us to the Provençal scrubland. On the palate,
this wine is full-bodied and generous with fruity aromas
of citrus, grapefruit and figs, perfectly balanced by a
nice mineral structure. The finish is long with a hint of
bitterness that offers an irresistible iodine and lemony
character. A real explosion of flavours full of elegance.
